Shipping Policy

NicoExport provides wholesale nicotine pouch distribution and international B2B shipping services to approved business customers. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are prepared, transported, and handled when purchasing products from NicoExport.

Our logistics procedures are designed to support everything from standard wholesale carton orders to larger pallet shipments.

Wholesale Order Fulfilment

Orders enter processing once payment has been received and confirmed, unless separate payment terms have been agreed with NicoExport in writing.

Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days.

Smaller wholesale orders of up to approximately 10 cartons can normally be prepared within 3 business days, subject to stock availability.

Larger orders, mixed wholesale shipments, and pallet quantities may require additional preparation time. This may include product consolidation, pallet preparation, export documentation, and freight coordination.

Processing estimates may vary depending on order volume, product availability, destination, and logistics capacity.

Freight & Logistics

NicoExport works with established European and international logistics providers.

For most shipments, the following transport solutions are used:

• UPS for cartons and smaller wholesale consignments (usually up to 15 cartons)
• Dachser for larger freight orders, including half-pallet and full-pallet shipments

The final shipping method is determined based on the weight, volume, destination, and specific requirements of each shipment.

Where necessary, NicoExport may arrange transportation through another suitable carrier or freight partner.

Freight Charges

Freight is calculated separately from the wholesale price of the products unless otherwise stated in a written quotation or commercial agreement.

The applicable shipping cost is provided as part of the order or invoice documentation before dispatch.

Freight rates may vary depending on destination, shipment dimensions, weight, fuel surcharges, carrier rates, and other logistics-related factors.

Any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, clearance fees, or similar governmental charges are not included in the freight price unless specifically agreed otherwise.

International Trade Terms

Unless another arrangement has been confirmed in writing, NicoExport ships international wholesale orders under Incoterms® CPT (Carriage Paid To).

Under CPT terms, NicoExport arranges and pays the cost of transportation to the agreed destination. In accordance with the applicable Incoterms® rules, the risk associated with the goods transfers to the buyer when the shipment is handed over to the first carrier.

Alternative Incoterms or delivery arrangements may be agreed for individual orders depending on destination, volume, and commercial requirements.

Import, Customs & Local Compliance

For international orders, the customer normally acts as the importer of record in the destination market.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all requirements necessary to receive and commercially distribute the products are fulfilled. This includes, where applicable:

• Customs clearance
• Payment of import duties and local taxes
• Import licenses and permits
• Product registrations or notifications
• Local labeling requirements
• Compliance with applicable nicotine regulations
• Compliance with local resale and distribution requirements

Before ordering, customers should verify that the selected products, nicotine strengths, packaging, and labeling comply with the requirements of their destination market.

Customs Delays & Import Issues

Customs authorities and regulatory agencies operate independently from NicoExport.

A shipment being dispatched or arriving in the destination country does not guarantee customs clearance or regulatory approval.

NicoExport cannot be held responsible for customs delays or regulatory actions resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from the buyer's failure to meet applicable import requirements.

Any information requested from the customer for customs or shipping purposes must be complete and accurate. Incorrect company details, delivery information, VAT information, or import documentation may result in delays and additional costs.

Delivery & Transit Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping destination and selected freight service.

Transit times communicated before or after dispatch are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

International shipments may be affected by circumstances including customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or governmental actions.

NicoExport will provide available shipment and tracking information where supported by the selected carrier.

Large & Pallet Orders

Larger wholesale quantities may be consolidated and shipped on half pallets or full pallets depending on order volume.

Pallet shipments may require additional preparation and freight coordination compared with standard carton shipments.

For high-volume orders, NicoExport may provide a customized freight quotation based on the destination and shipment specifications.

Split Deliveries

NicoExport generally aims to dispatch each order as one complete shipment.

If products have different availability dates or logistics requirements, NicoExport and the customer may agree to divide an order into multiple shipments.

If a customer specifically requests separate deliveries, additional freight charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Goods

Customers should inspect shipments as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Any visible transport damage, missing cartons, incorrect products, or other shipment discrepancies should be reported to NicoExport within 5 business days of delivery.

Claims should include the relevant order or invoice reference together with a description of the issue and supporting photographs or documentation where applicable.
